So I have been an avid ninja warrior watcher since almost the beginning. I have also been training as a boxer for a handful of years. I also have been wanting to test my ninja skills, but there is nowhere near me to do that. Recently I had the "great" idea of wanting to open a ninja warrior gym near me, as there is none within probably 80+ miles! I live in the Hudson Valley area in NY. So my question to anyone out there that is reading this is, how feasible is it to open one? There may or may not be the clientele needed. Who do I talk to to get a business plan including what I need for startup costs for the first year? If anyone knows answers to other questions I have like how expensive is the insurance? Whats the cost of building the obstacles. How big a space do I need is an important one. I guess overall does anyone know who I have to talk to (lawyer, gym owner, investor, etc) to get me set on the road in the right direction? Thanks in advance to those helpful.

I, too, would be interested in opening a facility in Arizona and Alabama. Please contact me email@example.com and point me in the right direction. Please and thank you! I already have the investor, I just need to know real-time costs for build. Thank you!
I own a former community center in Claremont, NH that was replaced by a new $15 million center. My property would be perfect! It has a high school size gymnasium, locker rooms with showers, closeable bleachers AND a 25m 4 lane INDOOR pool! Perfect since ANW are adding water obstacles!
There's also a 8,000sf mansion that could be converted into housing for training camps or visiting Ninja warriors!
I just want to be the landlord and not own the business. There's also some leftover gymnastics equipment as well.
This would be perfect for a rock climbing and Ninja gym and obstacles course. The high school is 1-2 blocks away.
