Hi. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Eddie Robinson and I was wondering who else is on this forum. Are there any certified ninja here. One's who have actually been on American ninja warrior? If so could you write some tips down on how to do a proper ninja warrior workout. I'm very interested but there are no tips. Anyone can know to do pull ups or grip training. Is that all? I'm sure there's more. Help a newbieninjas out and all newbieninjas everywhere. Thankyou.

hi, i'm no ninja but what i do works well for me. try stringing up a good sized rope and climbing it. its very good training and increases overall strength as well as grip strength. also build yourself a thin ledge to do finger pull ups. if you don't have anywhere to hang the rope, use two short pieces and do rope pull ups. hope this helps mate. And hope i can get over to the US or UK some time and give sasuke ago. Wish they'd bring it to Australia.
