Poor planning and info for ANW events

Dear American Ninja Warrior planning commission. You guys provide poor info about your events! Many people on social media and my fellow NW's try contact someone that may have more information about the events and never receive any replies!!! We traveled from Texas to Florida, hoping that it would be better planned, with better info about the event.. But its the same thing in Florida as it was in Texas! Where can we go in the Florida event to contact someone that has info or the ability to clear us to run the course! Terrible info has led to not once, but twice, to an dead end. So please, where in the Florida event can we go to talk to someone, with some decision making abilities, to help us out! Please help us out! Does anyone else on here feel the same way? Someone meet us/or contact us, were at the event, in FL! WE NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE ASAP, PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE!!! We came a very long way. We are at your mercy! Help us Obi-Wan-Kenobi, you're our only hope!

Not sure if this is where I go for contact info... but if anyone has any info to help us out, it would be great! We came a long way! This is the only site we found helpful, we thank you for this site, too! We searched everywhere for help. So if anyone has any contact info, or if you're on site and we could meet and talk with you... It'd be awesome and we'd be much appreciate!!!
